Just Went Shopping!

I was so excited to purchase the Alice and Wonderland palette box by Urban Decay this weekend! You can purchase it at Sephora.com, it has so many great colors. I haven't used it yet but I will post a review soon.

This I purchased several weekends ago, it is a D&G garbardine bustier top. When I was at Niemans they only had one, and in my size. I just had to get it. It is perfect to wear with skirts and jeans, and it dresses up any outfit.

Lastly, this weekend I purchased this William Rast military green vest, it has a ruffle in the front and an asymetrical zipper. It looks great buttoned or unbottoned, and is perfect with jeans and khakis. Plus this is one piece I can wear in both the summer and the winter, since i can layer it with a cardigan or sweater underneath. You can purchase this at WilliamRast.com.

Stripes and Flowers

This is a Stella McCartney knit dress, it is available for purchase at Net-A-Porter.com, I think this is a very cute dress, and is especially great for winter as you can layer it with tights and a jacket.

I got this from the New York Times website, when I first read this article I knew that this was my favorite part, I love all of these pieces of jewelry. I would wear any of these, and I find the bracelet with the blue squares particulary interesting. You can view a larger version of the picture by clicking on it.

Shoe Shopping at Neimans

Chloe
I love these because they are flat boots and they have the tie that is right over the knee, I think these are amazing, even though they are simple.
Dior
These also come in black but i feel like the tan would be better to wear during the S/S, and my favorite thing about these is how they are geometric and have the sheer areas between the leather.

Dolce and Gabbana
The floral pattern on these is especially bright and I love the fact that you only catch a glimpse of it on the very thin straps of the sandals.
Miu Miu
Of course I cannot stay away from the sequins, but even better its a platform hell with multicolored sequins that are in such pretty colors.
Miu Miu
Now these might just be the coolest sandals ever, I cant imagine what they would be like to wear considering there isn't really a strap to hold your foot in the back, but they certainly are pretty to look at.
Prada
I really enjoy the details in these, especially the multiple stitchings in the platform and the snake skin bows.
Singred Morrison
These remind me of armour, and these are flat boots, a type of shoes I favor.
Tory Burch
These are reminiscent of slippers but in a dressed up way, and I really like the color of the velvet, also the monogram is a nice touch.
Yves Saint Laurent
One of my favorite colors for shoes and clothes is gray, plus braided/weaved detail of the straps at the bottom gives these shoes some interest. I also feel as though these are good to go from warmer months to colder months, since you could even wear tights with these.

So I was browsing the Neiman Marcus website and couldn't help but to pick out my favorite shoes. This are the ones I would love to own, but most likely will never, but I can wish, right?

Shopping at Barney's

These are a few of the things I wish I could buy. I did some browsing on the Barney's website and picked a few of my favorites. Starting from the top left corner are a pair of red Margiella shoes, then Chloe over the knee boots, Christian Louboutin glitter flats, below this is an Erdem skirt, the yellow bag is Givenchy, then the gold dress id Lanvin and same with the gray bag next to it. If you click on the picture you can see a larger version of it. All pictures are from www.barneys.com.

Recent Purchases

While at Neimans I purchased the Marc By Marc Jacobs cuff, I really like it because it is chunky, art deco inspired, and geometric. While at Saks I picked up these Ray Ban clubmaster sunglasses, mine are the slightly larger size, which I like a lot more than the smaller ones.

I Can Only Wish

I went shopping today in Saks and of course I couldn't help myself from trying these on. They were surprisingly very comfortable and sturdy and it was pretty amazing the way I was five inches taller in them. I would love to have them but I can only wish... no new shoes for considering I got the Chloe shoes I wanted for my birthday, and the Marni flats I purchased a month before that. You can view these pictures in a larger version if you click on them. Even though the shoes couldn't come home with me, I did purchase some new Ray Bans and a Marc Jacobs bracelet that I will post later.

Birthday Presents!

For my birthday, September 10th, I got both of these shoes, I had wanted the Chloe shoes for a while. The first picture is of the Chloe heels, they are so comfortable. They were purchased from Barney's but they are still available online at this site. The coach flats were to replace my old black pair and these new ones are adorable! You can purchase them on the Coach website. I also got two other pairs of shoes but they didn't fit, so im going to return them and go shopping!

New Skirt!

I just bought this skirt today at Saks, its really cute. The fabric is a violet brocade withe the three gold chaines at the top. I got this picture at style.com where you can see the entire Spring/Summer 2009 Milly collection, which was '70's inspired.

You can still buy this skirt on Berdorf's website and Neiman Marcus' website.
